Today it rained like crazy, and our creek overflowed into the paddock, and then down into our yard and surrounded our house. I was in town out for dinner when i recieved a phone call from my mum saying that the house is in a gigantic pool of water and we have had to sandbag all the vents. When i came home about 100m of our driveway was under a gushing stream of water, as pictured in the photo. We have never seen anything like this since living here.
Tonight was lovely though, i went out with my dear friend mark who is moving away shortly. I had the most fancy meal i've ever seen, i felt like i was eating something off a cooking show. I had warm vegetable salad.
