Miss dana
The sweetest little canadian farm girl. Dana was the smart sensible girl in the hostel. shes one of those people who dont like feeling out of control of herself. She reminded me of my own innocence

Reuben
Words cant explain this boy, but i will try. Reuben was an Irish long termer at the backpackers who i became friends with through a conversation about the australian band 'The middle east' from then on we had the most amazing conversations about art and music and people and life. I know he's one to keep to himself and not share many things, which im much the same, but he opened up alot to me, and i the same with him. Reubens floor in his room was always covered in drawing and paintings and newspaper clippings. He rode his bike to work everyday where he taught disadvantaged people how to knit, and sew, and create artworks. The few months i spent with reuben became the most inspired time of my life, i felt like i was the happiest person in the world, and life was amazing. It's just how he made me look at everything. It was really hard to say goodbye to him, and I'm constantly jealous when i see photos of him still there. But we are now pen pals who exchange little drawings in each letter.

Allie and Mike
My favourite bar staff at saucy mary's. Allie always gave us free drinks, and we often rock up in out jammies and a cup of hot chocolate, and she was always give us free baileys. Mike was just fun(and easy) to annoy. 90's pop on the juke box was his pet hate. These guys were like extended skye backpackers family. There will never be a pub like this!

Rob
My bestmate in Scotland. We shared bunk beds, and literally lived in eachothers space. but we got along so well, like brother and sister. He was 10 years older than me, but you couldnt tell, we both acted five year olds. One thing i loved about rob is he had humans figured out, he knew how to read everyone and every situation, which got him alot of ladies may i add. He made me think in a different way, a way i think will help me alot on my life.

Jahmilla
The hardest person in the world to live with. I remember arriving in skye and being petrified of her, but it didnt take me long to work her out. I love how strong and confident she is and even though she could be the meanest person at times, she taught me to stand up for myself.

Maddie
Maddie was my boss and my mum whilst in skye. She made dinner all the time, and kept us all in line when we needed it. She'd always take us around the island on our days off, or invite us over for duvet days. She's such a beautiful person!

Bec
Bec is like the Aunty that encourages you to get drunk and have fun. She's the one everyone goes to for advice and always says it how it is. You always found bec at the pub, looking for a scottish husband :)

Hemmy
Oh my dearest hemorrhoid. I think i was the only one who loved you, i was the only one who would turn the tap on for you,and let you sleep on my bed. It was so nice to have a pet whilst i was away. You kept me company and always gave me cuddles.

Liam
Maddie's husband and local fisherman. You'd always see this man at the pub with his yellow wellies on and a pint of john fosters in his hand. He was always telling jokes and being silly, a true scotsman!
